Floor mats

Floor mats are one of the auto parts that are installed on top of the floor frame structures of vehicles. These carpets allow a comfortable ride while driving, function as a cushion, reduce noise and vibration, and absorb shock.

Nylon BCF yarn for carpets

BCF fabric is made with nylon twist yarn developed for carpets. It is a special long fiber that is voluminous with outstanding resilience as each individual yarn was processed. It has superb durability that does not fall off or form lint, and the fabric itself has sound absorption and sound insulation features.

PET BCF yarn

PET BCF yarn has excellent durability and humidity resistance that does not easily distort. It is easy to maintain and repair as it has low water absorption and dries quickly and has great resilience. It can also withstand hot water or heating devices due to its thermal resistance. Due to these characteristics, polyester BCF yarn is often used to make carpets and comes in various colors and designs.

HS Hyosung Advanced Materials developed PET (polyester) BCF yarn that can make affordable products while having similar quality as nylon BCF.
Polypropylene BCF yarn

Polypropylene BCF yarn is highly durable yet light, and it is one of the materials that are most often used for carpets due to its sturdiness. It has excellent humidity resistance that dries quickly and does not absorb water and is highly durable that does not easily distort. Polypropylene BCF yarn is often used to make indoor carpets and comes in various colors and designs.
